昨晚AMD发布了Catalyst 9.12 WHQL，新驱动主要增加了DirectCompute 10.1的支持，以及支持OpenGL 3.2 extension。另外还对《S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – Call of Pripyat》游戏和《3DMark Vantage》测试软件作出优化提升性能。从文档中可以看到，新驱动对系统和工具软件做了很多兼容性改善，强烈建议广大的ATI Radeon玩家更新使用。
更新内容：
* 改善《3DMark Vantage》性能，HD5800/HD5700系列有9%提升* 在单卡中，《S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – Call of Pripyat》游戏中有6%的性能改善* 修正一些系统和软件兼容性问题（数量众多，具体看发布文档）* 对HD4800/HD4700系列新增支持DirectCompute 10.1（含单卡和CrossFireX）* 新增支持OpenGL 3.2 extension，具体如下：- Support for OpenGL Shading Language 1.50 - BGRA vertex component ordering (GL_ARB_vertex_array_bgra) - Drawing commands allowing modification of the base vertex index (GL_ARB_draw_elements_base_vertex) - Shader fragment coordinate convention control (GL_ARB_fragment_coord_conventions) - Provoking vertex control (GL_ARB_provoking_vertex) - Seamless cube map filtering (GL_ARB_seamless_cube_map) - Multisampled textures and texture samplers for specific sample locations (GL_ARB_texture_multisample) - Fragment depth clamping (GL_ARB_depth_clamp) - Geometry shaders (GL_ARB_geometry_shader4) - Fence sync objects (GL_ARB_sync) - transform_feedback2 - texture_cubemap_array
